| BASIC USES: | Clippership Primer Binder can be used as a primer whenever an asphaltic product is going to be applied. This material can also be used for dampproofing and as a tack coat for application of bituminous surfaces. | |

| LIMITATIONS: | DO NOT ALLOW material to freeze. DO NOT THIN material. | |

| APPLICATION: | Clippership Primer Binder must be applied to a surface that is free from all foreign matter. This material should remain dry until it has cured. This material can be applied by brush, squeegee, or spray equipment and should yield a coverage rate in excess of 150 square feet per gallon. | |

| STORAGE: | Clippership Primer Binder must be kept from freezing. | |
