	LN-16 POLYMER MODIFIED FOUNDATION COATING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:	Clippership Polymer Modified Asphalt Foundation Coating is formulated with asphalt and polymers to meet the BOCA Section 1224.0 specification. This material is a polymer modified asphalt cutback for use as a waterproof coating. This material is impervious to water and remains pliable.
BASIC USES:	Clippership Polymer Modified Asphalt Foundation Coating is used as a cold applied polymer modified asphalt membrane coating below grade to waterproof where water may cause deterioration or damage. This material can be used for private and commercial applications on metal tanks, metal and concrete pipes, block and poured foundations, silos, etc..
LIMITATIONS:	DO NOT HEAT container.
APPLICATION:	Clippership Polymer Modified Asphalt Foundation Coating must be applied to a dry surface free of foreign matter. This material penetrates and seals without priming and should be applied from top to bottom. This material can be brush, spray, or roller applied and is to be applied at a rate of 40 MIL THICKNESS or 25 square feet per gallon. A two coat application is recommended and sufficient dry time should be 8-24 hours.
STORAGE:	Clippership Polymer Modified Asphalt Foundation Coating can be used year round and the only protection would be from weathering on the container.
