Seaboard Roof and Foundation Coating meets ASTM-D-4479 Type I specifications and is 100% ASBESTOS-FREE. This material is an asphalt cutback fortified with fibres and additives. | |

| BASIC USES: | Seaboard Roof and Foundation Coating is used as a cold applied system on commercial and private applications. This material is used as a protective coating for various roof types and a resaturant for old roofs. It is also used as a dampproofing and protective coating for concrete, masonry, and block walls as well as for metal tanks and concrete pipe. | |

| LIMITATIONS: | DO NOT HEAT container. | |

| APPLICATION: | Seaboard Roof and Foundation Coating must be applied to a dry surface free of foreign matter. This material can be applied with a roof brush, squeegee, or heavy duty commercial spray equipment and must be stirred before use. The coverage will vary per gallon on concrete or metal from 80-100 square feet to brick and mortar from 50-75 square feet to gravel or flat roofs from 25-50 square feet. | |

| STORAGE: | Seaboard Roof and Foundation Coating can be used year round and the only protection would be from weathering on the container. | |
