PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:	Seaboard RC Tack Coat is an asphalt cutback formulated to be a premium coating for penetration, priming, and binding bituminous surfaces.
BASIC USES:	Seaboard RC Tack Coat is used as a treatment to a bituminous surface before resurfacing.
LIMITATIONS:	DO NOT HEAT container.
APPLICATION:	Seaboard RC Tack Coat should be applied to a surface free of all foreign matter. This material can be applied by brush, squeegee, or spray equipment and should yield a coverage rate of 150 square feet per gallon.
STORAGE:	Seaboard RC Tack Coat can be used year round and the only protection would be from weathering on the container.
