	RP355e SEABOARD COAL TAR EMULSION SEALER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:	Seaboard Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer meets Federal Specification for RP355e and ASTM-D-3320 specifications. This is a high solids coal tar emulsion with emulsifying agents and fillers.
BASIC USES:	Seaboard Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer is used to formulate a protective coating for bituminous surfaces.
LIMITATIONS:	DO NOT ALLOW material to freeze. DO NOT USE on concrete or bituminous surfaces less than four months old.
APPLICATION:	Seaboard Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer must be applied to a surface that is dry and free from all foreign matter. This material should remain dry until it cures. This material may be modified to incorporate aggregates, curing agents, or water to formulate the desired solids and aggregate ratios. The modification of this material will determine the coverage rate.
STORAGE:	Seaboard Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer must be kept from freezing.
